Sauvignon Blanc from Australia: Robert Oatley Sauvignon Blanc 2008


Four separate parcels were fermented by neutral cultured yeasts in stainless steel to capture the juicy fruit flavor, lively texture, and characteristic grassy notes of the varietal.

Bright and refreshing. A lively mouthful of gooseberry, lime, green apple and pine needle aromas and flavors, lingering easily on the finish. Drink now. 4,500 cases made.
