The wine opens with seductive aromas of mineral-spice and green apple. Rich yet refreshingly crisp, the 2008 Chardonnay has flavors of honeydew melon and Bosc pear complemented by hints of vanillin oak.
This Chardonnay is an excellent match for Caesar salad, roasted salmon or rotisserie chicken.
