Light greenish straw in color, the 2008 Chardonnay has bright fruit of ripe banana, mandarin orange and lemon-lime. The nose is further complex with hints of vanilla and pineapple upside down cake. There is a little spiciness similar to nutmeg and clove. It is very fruit forward on the palate. Great viscosity and acid balance gives this wine a long fruitful finish.
