Our Chardonnay displays the tropical flavors and great acidity typical of our California vineyards. Tropical fruits dominate the nose with banana, lemon, and citrus. Hints of sweet toasting oak, vanilla bean and fig fill in the palate. The balanced acidity, with just enough creaminess to add depth, finishes bright and plays nicey with food.
