Aromas and flavors of Asian pear and Macintosh apple defines our 2007 Sonoma County Chardonnay. This wine was fermented in both oak barrels to enhance the creamy texture and stainless steel to highlight the fruit and retain the balance and structure. It's delicious all by itself or versatile on the table.
