Bordeaux White Blends from Pessac-Leognan, Bordeaux, France: Chateau Olivier Blanc 2005

Light and aromatic, Olivier are the result of the perfect balance between sauvignon, which gives it its fruity and nervousness, the Semillon which makes a wonderful wine for aging, rich and elegant, and delicate fragrance of Muscadelle.

Tropical fruit aromas, with lemon, apple and hints of toasty coconut. Full-bodied, with lots of fruit, honey and banana flavors. Layered and rich, with a long finish. Needs time. The best white in a long time from this estate. Best after 2009. 2,500 cases made.
